Witness yourself.
Be in the photograph. Be in the moment. You don’t have to explain why being seen matters to you.
MEET YOUR PROPRIETRESS · SEYARRA
A little theatrical. A little tender.
Very interested in you taking up some space.

Everyone gets
your time.
Save some
for you.
HI. I’M GLAD YOU’RE HERE.
I’m Seyarra, the photographer behind House of Self Affairs in Suncook/Allenstown, New Hampshire.
I make boudoir photographs for the woman who can tell you everyone else’s schedule without checking, but keeps moving her own plans to next month. She’s had this on her wish list for ages. Then the school email lands, work gets busy, someone needs a ride. Back on the burner it goes.
I want her to have a date she gets to look forward to, too.
We’ll talk through the vision. I’ll guide the posing and expression. You get to be in your own experience, instead of somehow managing everyone else’s.
You are art, not an afterthought.
A FEW HOUSE BELIEFS.
Be in the photograph. Be in the moment. You don’t have to explain why being seen matters to you.
You’re allowed a little room beyond the roles you fill for everyone else.
This version of you belongs in your story, too. She doesn’t have to earn her place first.
There’s a life happening outside the “when I finally…” list. You’re invited into it.
THE ACTUAL HOUSE
A home studio in Southern New Hampshire, with black and white walls, a stone fireplace, and a zebra rug. Classic Sets are the starting point; ask about bonus sets if you have a specific vision in mind.

YOUR NAME BELONGS ON THE GUEST LIST.
The birthday can be the excuse. So can absolutely nothing.
